Innovative electronics potting – live
Electronic components have to be reliably protected against chemical and mechanical influences whether they are needed for displays, battery cells, sensors or chargers. Each electronic component places special demands on a suitably adapted dispensing solution.
On-site at Scheugenpflug you can see solutions for high-performance dispensing with thermal interface materials and adaptive dispensing with integrated quality assurance, and much more. In response to the increasing miniaturization of electronic components, there will be live demonstrations of our flexible and highly precise low-volume dispenser for ever smaller dispensing quantities and potting volumes. At the “Vacuum potting with intelligent degassing control” station we will also show you how potting in a vacuum is now a manageable technology. Over in the clean room we will be performing a combination of atmospheric and vacuum processes for display bonding. And anyone who likes speed should go to the “Battery potting” station to see how our multi-piston dispenser system achieves incredibly fast cycle times.
